Emily is the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of The Players Lounge. She ensures every client feels welcomed, looked after and at ease from the moment they arrive.

Working closely with the team, Emily manages bookings and helps guide clients to the right stylist, making sure appointments run smoothly and the salon operates efficiently.

Alongside front of house, Emily also supports the salon’s marketing, helping to keep clients informed and engaged through updates, offers and social content.

Emily is a valued part of the team and plays an important role in maintaining the warm, professional atmosphere the salon is known for.
